The Government of Ghana, under the leadership of His Excellency, President John Dramani Mahama, is committed to supporting the Africa Public Interest Media Initiative. Accordingly, it has provided in-country backing to establish an Africa Public Interest Media Secretariat in Accra; and will host an international conference to garner continent-wide support for the Africa Public Interest Media Initiative.
